Neurodiversity
Understand your energy, reduce burnout and build a way of living that actually works for your brain and body
You might feel like your energy, focus and emotions aren’t consistent.
Some days you feel clear, productive and things are almost easy, but on others, it’s like your capacity has dropped to nothing.
If you have ADHD, Autism or identify as neurodivergent (with or without a diagnosis), your hormones and cycles are interacting with this. It may present as cycles of hyper-focus and burnout, or experiencing difficulty with routines and regulation.
This can lead to shifts in mood, energy and sensitivity where you feel like so many things are overlapping. How are they interacting, and how do you get a handle on it?
You might have been told to be more disciplined, just stick to a routine or manage your time better. You may have been offered or be on medications to support.
You’re not alone in this journey - around 1 in 7 people in the UK are neurodivergent, but so little is still understood, including the role of hormones.
Research shows ADHD symptoms worsen at certain points in the menstrual cycle, Estrogen impacts dopamine regulation and there’s so much more we don’t know.
I help you understand what’s going on, and get it in order.
What’s actually going on
Your energy, focus and emotional regulation are shaped by system interactions.
Most of us didn’t have proper education on the menstrual cycle or hormones, let alone how it connects with everything else. The systems we live in are shaped by steady energy, linear living and productivity - your body, hormones, and neurodiversity doesn’t work that way.
When hormones shift, so does:
dopamine and focus
sensory sensitivity
emotional regulation
energy and fatigue
Things can feel inconsistent, unpredictable, overwhelming and harder to manage at certain points.
So there are patterns and cycles there, even if they’re not obvious yet.
How I help
I educate, guide and coach to help you understand your body rather than fight against it.
Together we identify patterns in your symptoms, understand your hormones and nervous system, build flexible structures that work with your capacity and create a management plan that feels sustainable.
I bring lived experience of Stage 4 Infiltrative Endometriosis to my practice and my work is affirmative, intersectional and trauma-informed.
This is for you if…
you have ADHD, autism or identify as neurodivergent
your energy or mood feels inconsistent
you struggle with routine, focus structure or burnout
your cycle impacts your capacity (or you think it might)
you feel disconnected from your body or unsure how to support it
you want a way of working that actually fits you
This is not about forcing yourself into a rigid routine.
It’s about understanding your patterns and building something tailored and manageable that works around them.
