Work with me
Specialist menstrual health support to help you understand your cycle, track what matters and take action that helps
Your body deserves to be listened to
This work helps you move from pain, discomfort, confusion, and pushing through to something more informed, supported and sustainable.
Together, we map what is happening across your cycle, symptoms, energy, pain, mood, sleep, stress, digestion, flares and daily life.
We use menstrual health education, cycle tracking, body literacy and practical planning to help you understand your patterns, make realistic adjustments and advocate for the support you deserve.
This is not about fixing you.
It is about helping you hear what your body is already trying to communicate.
The body is a system
… and you can learn to work with it.
We look at things like:
menstrual and hormone education
cycle tracking and symptom mapping
pain, fatigue, mood and energy patterns
nervous system awareness
rest, movement, pacing and recovery
food rhythms and daily routines
flare planning and capacity
appointment preparation and self-advocacy
Is this for me?
your cycle affects your work, relationships, energy or wellbeing
you live with painful periods, heavy bleeding, fatigue, flares or irregular cycles
you have, or suspect you may have, endometriosis, PMDD, PMS, PMOS or adenomyosis
your mood, pain, digestion, sleep or energy changes across your cycle
you feel disconnected from your body or unsure how to support it
you have been told your symptoms are “normal”, but something still does not feel right
you want to track properly, prepare for an appointment or understand what your body is asking for
Menstrual health is relevant to at least 51% of the population, and cycle health applies to everyone regardless of sex, gender or age.
Is not just about periods. It connects to energy, mood, pain, digestion, sleep, stress, identity, work, relationships and everyday life.
You may find this work useful if:
I work with…
Endometriosis, PMS, PMDD, PCOS and adenomyosis, suspected or diagnosed
Painful, heavy, irregular or difficult periods
Fatigue, flares, bloating, burnout and chronic pelvic pain
People who do not have a regular bleed, including postpartum, perimenopause, menopause or other reasons
Trans and non-binary people
People who identify as neurodivergent, with or without a formal diagnosis
People who feel dismissed, confused or unsupported in their menstrual or reproductive health
Ways to work with me
-
A focused session to help you make sense of what is happening and identify your next steps.
Best if you want a strong starting point, have a specific question, are preparing for an appointment, or want help setting up cycle tracking properly.
Includes:
a deep dive into your current cycle, symptoms and daily life
initial cycle and symptom mapping
menstrual health education and insight
starter tracking guidance
practical next steps
a short written plan after the session
-
A structured package to help you understand your cycle, symptoms and patterns over time.
This is best if you need more than one conversation, but do not need a longer support container. We use cycle tracking, education and reflection to identify patterns and create a practical plan.
Includes:
cycle and symptom tracking setup
education around your symptoms and cycle
review of patterns over time
practical adjustments around rest, movement, routines, pacing and capacity
appointment or workplace preparation if needed
a written plan after the package
-
A deeper 1:1 programme for people whose menstrual symptoms are significantly affecting daily life, work, energy, mood, confidence or sense of self.
This is best if you need more support to understand your body, track properly, make changes, review what happens and build a plan you can actually live with.
Includes:
full cycle tracking setup and review
menstrual health education
fatigue, flare and capacity mapping
practical lifestyle and routine adjustments
support around rest, movement, food rhythms and stress
appointment and advocacy preparation
a written support plan
review and refinement as you test changes
If you’re not sure what you need, we can start with a 20-minute chat.
We’ll talk through what’s going on, what support might be useful and whether this work is the right fit. If one session is enough, we’ll do that.
If you need more support, we can talk through the options. There is no pressure - just what feels right for you.
