Community Workshops
Education and embodied practice for community settings, groups and wellbeing studios
Help people understand their bodies, feel more supported, and connect with menstrual health and their cycles
This work is grounded, accessible, inclusive and designed to meet people where they are
Most people have never been properly taught how their cycles work
They’ve been left to guess what their symptoms mean and push through pain, fatigue and burnout.
The work I deliver on the ground in communities provides:
holistic approach - science informed, intuition-led
education and information on menstrual health and lunar cycles
a safe space to explore their own cycles
knowledge to understand their bodies more clearly
practical ways of supporting themselves
more connected, informed and compassionate spaces
By supporting people in spaces where they already feel safe and connected to their wellbeing, we can reduce shame and stigma around menstrual health and help people align to their natural rhythms.
What I deliver
I offer community workshops and group sessions in two core formats which can also be blended together in bespoke sessions depending on the needs of your group.

learn practical ways of supporting themselves
build a more informed and compassionate relationship with their body

Guided, practitioner-led sessions that help people slow down, reconnect and integrate what they are learning through the body.
These sessions are designed to help people:
reconnect with their body in a supported way
regulate their nervous system
slow down and reflect
feel grounded, held and more present
experience wellbeing as something lived, not just understood
Sessions can include:
guided meditation
somatic movement
nervous system regulation practices

circle-based facilitation
ritual and ceremonial elements
moon circles and seasonal sessions
oracle-supported reflection where appropriate
These sessions are 60-90 minutes and work well for groups looking for something more experiential, reflective or restorative.
-
Tailored sessions designed around the specific needs of your audience, community or client base.
This might look like:
a menstrual health workshop followed by guided meditation
a cyclical living session with somatic reflection
a burnout and nervous system workshop with restorative practice
a circle or ceremony grounded in education and body awareness
a session designed specifically for your community, clients or members
Bespoke sessions are ideal where:
your audience has a specific identity or need
you want to combine learning with practice
you’re looking for something more tailored than a standard workshop
you want a session that reflects the tone and values of your space
About Me
I’m a Certified Menstrual Coach, wellbeing consultant and EDI trainer working at the intersection of health, systems and culture.
With over 13 years’ experience across charity, wellbeing and grassroots communities - I bring a combination of environmental psychology, community practice and holistic health into my work.
As Co-Founder of Manchester’s first queer-run wellbeing studio and through years of facilitation, mentoring, voluntary work and EDI-focused practice, I bring professional structure with a relaxed energy.
My work is grounded, evidence-based and trauma informed. I bring lived experience to my work as somebody with Stage 4 Endometriosis and a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community. As such my practice prioritises intersectionality and affirmative approaches.
I’m passionate about working in communities to reduce stigma, connect people to their bodies and give them the tools they always should have had.
