Menopause & Perimenopause
Understand what’s happening in your body, reduce symptoms and find a way of living that actually works for you
Are you getting really fed up?
Appointments, medications, supplements and still something feels out of sync.
Your body has changed, your energy isn’t the same and your mood, sleep or focus might feel unpredictable or harder to manage.
You might have been told that it’s just “part of getting older” or given HRT without fully understanding what it’s doing to your body’s process.
This can last awhile and some get stuck in the loop of trying different things whilst adjusting to changes in real-time, but with very little explanations or support available.
Around 13 million people in the UK are currently going through this, so you’re not alone.
Many consider leaving work due to a lack of support, only 25% have any support at all, but 3 out of 4 experience disruptive and/or severe symptoms.
I promise you, it’s not you - there is a lack of understanding and support, and it’s not fair.
What’s actually going on
Most of us are never taught how perimenopause and menopause actually work.
This significant hormonal shift can last years, in which time your hormones are being recalibrated and your body is responding in real-time.
It can impact your:
mood and emotional regulation
sleep and fatigue
energy and focus
sex drive
temperature and physical comfort
anxiety and mental health
pain, tension and inflammation
So it can feel like your body is unreliable and you’re constantly trying to keep up.
But you’re not the problem, you just haven’t been given the information to understand it or tools to navigate it properly.
How I help
I educate, guide and coach to help you understand your body as it changes, rather than feel like you’re fighting against it.
Together we identify patterns in your symptoms, understand what these hormonal changes are doing in your body, reduce the impact of this and build ways that support you to feel stable, grounded and back in control.
:I bring lived experience of Stage 4 Infiltrative Endometriosis to my practice and my work is affirmative, intersectional and trauma-informed.
Claire’s Results
Perimenopause
Claire felt like her body had changed in ways she wasn’t expecting. She’d been put on HRT, which had helped in some ways, but she still felt emotional, unsettled and disconnected. Her energy was different, her sex drive had changed and it felt like a lot at once.
We started by mapping what she was experiencing, tracking her symptoms, energy and mood to see patterns. From there, we looked at lifestyle, nutrition and nervous system support, building a way of living that worked for where she was now. Alongside this, we focused on education — what perimenopause actually is and why things can feel so unpredictable. That shift helped her feel more in control of what was happening.
“It made everything feel less scary and much more manageable. I realised it’s not that something is wrong, it’s just a phase my body is going through, and there are things you can do to support it. I feel much more in control now, and actually more positive about this stage of life. I’d definitely recommend working with Paige.”
