Menstrual Health & Cyclical Wellbeing

For individuals, communities and workplaces seeking a more informed, inclusive and sustainable approach

Menstrual health is still under-researched, misunderstood and too often dismissed

In reality it shapes how people feel in their bodies, how they function at work, and how they move through everyday life

Things change when you know your cycles

About Me

I’m Paige Hughes - a Certified Menstrual Practitioner, wellbeing consultant and EDI trainer working at the intersection of health, systems and culture.

With over 13 years’ experience across the charity, education and health spaces, I bring a combination of environmental psychology, community practice and holistic wellbeing into my work.

I bring lived experience to my work as somebody with Stage 4 Endometriosis and believe that menstrual health and cycle education are a vital part of wellbeing, equity and sustainable participation.
